Our long term relationship with Rehrig Pacific has given us a real education in the ways design influences behavior. There are industrial designers at Rehrig Pacific who have spent long stretches of their careers following delivery drivers on their routes, making note of the problems these people face just doing their jobs.
Similarly, our job is to solve communication problems for our clients. So, when the genius designers at Rehrig Pacific came to us with the Duo and Hybrid sleds, which were created to take the hard work of delivery service off the backs of drivers…we went to work.
